The Face of Your Mail
An envelope is the very first physical touchpoint a client or stakeholder interacts with when receiving an official contract, invoice, or invitation. Plain, flimsy envelopes look uninspired and risk compromising document security. Our premium custom envelopes combine heavy, high-opacity paper stocks with crisp logo reproduction and ultra-secure seals to give your corporate mailing immediate authority.
Choose Your Envelope Configuration
- Standard Business Envelopes (DL): The essential corporate choice. Perfectly sized to hold standard A4 letterheads folded cleanly into three equal parts. Available with or without transparent address windows.
- Large Document Pockets (A4 / C4): Heavy-duty, open-end pocket envelopes designed to send full-sized contracts, annual reports, certificates, and multi-page corporate profiles without folding them.
- Premium Invitation Envelopes: Elegant square or customized dimensions on thick, textured fine art papers. Ideal for high-end corporate events, product launches, and luxury brand announcements.

Premium Envelope Printing Services: Frequently Asked Questions
Looking for reliable Premium Envelope printing services? From file specifications to delivery timelines, we’ve gathered the most common queries to help you navigate your printing project with ease. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, our team is just a message away.
What is the most common size for a standard business envelope?
The most popular size for everyday office correspondence is the DL envelope (110mm x 220mm). It is specifically engineered to hold a standard A4 corporate sheet folded cleanly into thirds.
Which envelope size do I need if I don't want to fold my documents?
If you are mailing out thick catalogs, official certificates, or legal contracts that must remain completely flat, you should choose a C4 envelope (229mm x 324mm). It is slightly larger than an A4 sheet, allowing documents to slide inside comfortably.
What is the difference between Peel & Seal and Gummed envelopes?
Gummed envelopes have a dry layer of glue along the flap that needs to be moistened (either licked or passed through a damp machine sponge) to stick. Peel & Seal envelopes come with a sticky adhesive strip protected by a peel-off paper band. Peel & Seal is faster, completely mess-free, and holds its seal much more securely over time.
Can you print my logo right up to the very edge of the envelope?
On pre-converted (already constructed) envelopes, we need a standard 5mm non-printable margin along the edges to prevent ink from pooling on the seams. If your brand absolutely requires an edge-to-edge full-bleed print pattern, we have to print on flat sheets of paper first and then die-cut and fold them into custom envelopes from scratch.
What does inside security tint mean?
Inside security tinting is a subtle, dark patterned print on the inside lining of the envelope. It makes the paper completely opaque so that even if someone holds your envelope up against a bright office light, they cannot read the text or check amounts inside.
Can I print on the back flap of the envelope?
Yes, absolutely. Placing a return address or a small company logo on the back closing flap is a very popular, high-end design choice for corporate stationery. Just make sure to keep your design files separated into front and back layers.
What paper thickness (GSM) do you use for corporate envelopes?
Our everyday premium business envelopes start at a sturdy 100 GSM, which feels firm and professional. For executive stationery, premium mailers, or heavy documents, we highly recommend upgrading to 120 GSM for that extra weight and luxury feel.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom envelope printing?
Our minimum order starts at 250 pieces for digital runs, which is perfect for specialized campaigns, events, or small firms. For ongoing corporate supply runs, ordering 1,000 pieces or more drops your cost-per-unit significantly.
Can you deliver printed products to my location?
Are your window envelopes heat-resistant for office printers?
Yes. The clear film material we use for our address windows is specially rated to withstand high temperatures. If you choose to run these envelopes through an office laser printer to stamp recipient addresses, the window will not melt, shrink, or warp.
