Accurate Records. Professional Execution.
Every invoice, cash memo, or receipt your team hands to a client reflects your corporate standards. Flimsy, generic shop-bought vouchers lack credibility and open the door to accounting errors. Our custom receipt book printing provides clear, crisp grids, perfect carbonless copy transfers, and rock-solid binding that keeps your financial tracking immaculate and audit-ready.
Choose Your Receipt Book Configuration
- Duplicate Bill Books (2-Ply): Features a white top sheet and a colored bottom copy. Ideal for quick retail billing, delivery challans, and cash memos where you only need one client copy and one office record.
- Triplicate Receipt Books (3-Ply): White, pink, and yellow sheet setups. Perfect for logistics, security gates, and multi-department businesses where copies must go to the customer, accounts team, and stay in the book.
- Single-Sheet Voucher Pads: Simple, non-duplicate tear-away pads on premium bond paper. Best for internal vouchers, requisition slips, and daily store kitchen orders.

Why Source Your Receipt Books From Us?
- Flawless Carbonless Transfer*: We use premium NCR (No Carbon Required) paper. When your team writes on the top sheet, the chemical micro-capsules on the paper rupture instantly, duplicating the handwriting onto the lower sheets with absolute clarity—no messy carbon sheets needed.
- Micro-Perforated Clean Tear: There is nothing more frustrating than a bill sheet ripping down the middle when you try to pull it out. Our machines apply a precise, deep micro-perforation along the binding edge, ensuring sheets tear away completely clean and smooth every time.
- Absolute Numbering Control: To protect your business against fraud and simplify tracking, we offer precise, machine-printed red sequential numbering. Every book is audited before packing to ensure zero missing or skipped numbers.

What does NCR mean, and how does it work without carbon paper?
NCR stands for No Carbon Required. The back of the top sheet is coated with micro-capsules of invisible dye, and the front of the lower sheet is coated with a reactive clay layer. When you press down with a ballpoint pen, the capsules burst and chemically react with the layer below, instantly transferring your handwriting cleanly without the old, messy black carbon papers.
What are the standard sizes for bill books and receipt books?
The most widely used size for quick receipts and retail cash memos is A5 size (roughly 5.8 x 8.3 inches, or half an A4 sheet). For detailed invoices, commercial transport challans, and complex breakdown sheets, we recommend the full A4 size (8.3 x 11.7 inches).
Can we choose the colors of the duplicate and triplicate sheets?
Yes, our standard, clean setup is a crisp White paper for the original top copy, a soft Pink for the duplicate, and a Canary Yellow for the triplicate. This classic color-coding system makes it incredibly fast for your accounts team to sort records visually.
What is the purpose of the thick cardboard backing sheet?
Every book we build comes with an attached, extra-long fold-under cardboard backing shield. Before you start writing, you simply slide this cardboard sheet under the current set of copies. This completely blocks the pen pressure from transferring your handwriting down onto the blank receipt sets underneath.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom receipt books?
Our minimum production run starts at 10 books. Because calibrating the precise numbering machines and setting up the custom perforation blades takes a dedicated initial setup, smaller quantities are not viable.
How many individual receipts or pages are inside each book?
Our standard corporate bill books come configured with either 50 sets or 100 sets per book. For example, a 100-set duplicate book contains 100 original white pages and 100 colored duplicate pages, totaling 200 sheets per book.
Can we start the sequential numbering from a specific number?
Absolutely. You don’t have to start at 0001. If your previous billing batch ended at number 4500, just let us know and we will calibrate our numbering presses to start your new books exactly at 4501.
Are the pages bound at the top or on the side?
We can bind them either way depending on how your staff operates. Standard receipt vouchers are typically bound at the top (short edge) so they flip up easily. Comprehensive commercial invoices and transport challan books are usually bound along the left-hand side (long edge).
Can you deliver printed products to my location?
Can we print our logo in full color on the inside sheets?
While the sturdy outer cardboard cover can be fully printed, inside billing grids are typically printed in a single solid color like dark black, charcoal grey, or deep navy blue. Single-color printing ensures the grid lines don’t distract from the handwritten data and keeps bulk production highly economical.
