The Fabric of Your Corporate Identity
Every invoice, contract, and official correspondence you mail out carries your brand’s reputation. A cheap, flimsy sheet of paper ruins that impression instantly. Our corporate letterhead printing ensures your official stationery feels premium to the touch, showcases perfectly sharp logos, and runs smoothly through your own office printers without ever jamming or smudging.
Choose Your Letterheads Paper Grade
- Executive Bond Letterheads: The reliable corporate standard. Crisp, bright white, ultra-smooth bond paper (80–100 GSM) designed to slide effortlessly through everyday office laser printers.
- Premium Royal Executive: A heavier, high-opacity stock (120 GSM) that feels substantially thicker. Perfect for executive communications, legal contracts, and high-level board documents.
- Texture Fine Art Papers: Elegant, textured stocks (like Alabaster, Linen, or subtle off-white tones) that give your brand an artisanal, high-end look. Perfect for luxury hotels, real estate developers, and design firms.

Premium Letterheads Printing Services: Frequently Asked Questions
Looking for reliable Premium Letterheads printing services? From file specifications to delivery timelines, we’ve gathered the most common queries to help you navigate your printing project with ease. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, our team is just a message away.
What is the standard size for a corporate letterhead?
The standard size used across India and Europe is A4 size (which measures exactly 210mm x 297mm). If your company deals heavily with international clients in the US or Canada, we can also print on global Letter size (8.5 x 11 inches) upon request.
Which paper thickness (GSM) should I choose for daily use?
For standard, high-volume daily business correspondence, invoices, and general letters, 100 GSM is the sweet spot. It feels significantly better than cheap 70 GSM photocopy paper but still flows through your office printer perfectly. If you want something heavier for legal contracts or executive memos, go with 120 GSM.
Will these letterheads run through my office laser printer without jamming?
Yes, 100%. This is actually a major issue with cheap letterhead printing. If the paper quality is poor or the ink isn’t set correctly, the heat from your office laser printer will warp the paper or melt the ink. We use heat-stabilized, high-grade bond papers specifically manufactured to handle office printer temperatures perfectly.
Can you match the exact Pantone color used in our brand logo?
Absolutely. For bulk letterhead orders, we use our heavy-duty offset presses where we mix exact Pantone Matching System (PMS) inks. This ensures that the specific red, blue, or grey in your logo looks identical across every single sheet we deliver.
Can I use textured paper for my company letterheads?
You can, and it looks beautiful, but there is a practical catch. While light textured papers (like a subtle linen or laid finish) look incredibly elegant, very heavy textures can sometimes cause the ink from your standard office printer to skip or look faint. If you want a textured stock, let us know what office printer you use so we can recommend the safest paper depth.
What is the minimum order quantity for letterheads?
If you need a quick batch for a startup or a small firm, our minimum order starts at 100 sheets using our digital presses. If you are an established brand ordering 1,000 sheets or more, we move the project to our offset presses, which drops your cost-per-sheet dramatically.
Can you print on both sides of the letterhead sheet?
While 95% of businesses only print on the front, we can absolutely print on the back as well. Some corporate clients like to print a solid brand color, a clean minimalist pattern, or legal terms and conditions on the reverse side.
Why does my company logo look slightly different on a letterhead compared to my business card?
This usually happens because of paper absorption. Business cards are printed on thick, coated cardstock where the ink sits on top. Letterheads are printed on uncoated bond paper, which absorbs a bit more ink. Because we know this behavior, our prepress team adjusts the ink density so the colors match as closely as humanly possible.
Can you deliver printed products to my location?
What is a "watermark" logo, and can you print one?
A watermark is a very faint, faded version of your company logo placed right in the center of the sheet behind where your letter text will go. We print these using a very low ink opacity (usually around 5%). It gives the page a highly secure, official look without distracting the person reading the letter.
